Gingerbread # 2

we went to Tyler's parent's house and made more gingerbread houses it was fun Tyler and i did this one!

Thanksgiving

I know its a little late but i took a few Pic out at my parents on thanksgiving. My poor Mom was sick so some of us tried to help out with dinner. We still had fun just being with family and playing games.

ELF

I took this one size fits all elf costume home form work to sew it a little smaller for one of my co workers to wear and she was about the same size as McKenzie so she was my elf model :) silly McKenzie

Gingerbread House!!!

I love decorating anything. And for mutual this Wednesday we got to make gingerbread houses and it was a lot of fun.

This is our Christmas tree at work.

This is my boss Terri's office door i decorated.

We all got to make stockings at work. and i decide we should hang them right over our desk for every one to see.

I made this stocking for my co worker she wonted a winter since.

This is my stocking i got to make! i love doing crafts at work because its fun and it takes up time.

Couch Pillows Black couch Pillows they have some cute ones at Walmart there like a sued material with stitching down the middle and stitching across they are really cute.

Head Bands I'm totally into head bands with flowers or any thing fun
Purse I would like i bigger bag for all my lesson stuff i take on Sundays
Sewing box
Wii fit plus Sewing Machine!!!!!!! Cricket Gift Card- form Walmart or Joann's to go towards sewing Machine!

New: This is it i know there is a lot of junk on there but we have no storgae space so this is wear it goes.

Flautas yummy dinner

1. Boil chicken

2. Shred chicken and season with Chile powder.

3. Place a small row of chicken in tortilla sprinkle in also cheese and roll it up. you can also add corn, green chills, salsa any topping you like inside to spice it up.

4. Place toothpick all the way threw tortilla to keep it rolled up wail frying.

5. pour vegetable oil in skillet ( pour Just enough to cover bottom of pan) and fry on medium temp until all sides all golden brown. take out tooth picks and you are ready to eat.

its easy and so yummy- my friend taught me how to make these and i love them i eat them with Mexican rice and guacamole.

Iv been inspired by my lesson this week on " The ability to Succeed"

It is easy to think oh that person has it so easy or if i only looked like that person i would be happy. we tend to be so hard on ourselves all time and compare ourselves to others.

-there are times we all feel somewhat less adequate then other people. we need to compare our selves with our best selves and seek for improvements that are within our own capabilities. one of the greatest challenges is to overcome the feeling that we are not important. our life has a purpose. We were born to succeed and to become like god.

* so let us not underrate ourselves. Keep those negative thoughts out and replace them by encouraging ourselves instead.

* i hope this post will inspire and uplift you to stay positive!!! like it did for me. :)

Halloween

here is my pumpkin i could'nt wait to carve one this year.
ok so i made this costume it turned out pretty good i think it was fun to wear! i dressed up for our kids halloween carnival we put on at work.

Reupholster

This is our ottoman and i keep pulling it by the corners to move it and the corner started ripping.


So we recovered it with this fabric.

I think it turned out pretty good and its softer now.

Once broken now fixed

Tyler accidentally dropped our camera and the screen was broken it wouldn't show anything on it but we could still take pictures, well it was like $180 to fix it. so Tyler decided to find one online and it was $34 dollars. So he got it and totally fixed it himself. saving money feels good. I'm so glad i married some one smarter then then me. Tyler is awesome!
